Fullest known name of correspondent, with surname first. Any portion of first or last name may be submitted. Date

Actual or reckoned ([ ]) date of letter. Enter in the form of MM/DD. Example: 04/07 for April 7.

Year

Actual or reckoned ([ ]) year of letter. A few years are shown as possible ranges: [1880-1885]. Enter as a four-digit number.

Place

Fullest known address from which letter originated. Any part of the address may be entered–city, street number, country, etc., and all occurances will be returned.
